Which are the Values of Women?

Women first of all value love, relationships and communications. We experience fulfillment through relating and sharing. Expressing ourselves, especially expressing emotions is more important for us than achieving goals and success.

If men go to a restaurant to discuss and solve a business problem, seeing the restaurant just as a place to get some food, for women it is an opportunity to show their care and to nurture the relationship by giving and receiving some support from a friend.

As for women proving their competence isn't so important like for men, offering help and giving advices is a way of showing love and care. While for men such a gesture by women can be offensive (as I mentioned in previous posts).
